Description:
A trained spotter reported an F0 tornado three miles north of Welty in Creek county. The tornado lasted approximately five minutes and traveled through rural areas causing little more than tree damage. Later tornado reports from this storm turned out to be funnel-shaped scud as the storm approached the Tulsa metro area.
