Description:
Following the significant and cold winter storm over Christmas, cold air brought freezing conditions to the floor of the Central and Southern San Joaquin Valley on the mornings of the 27th and 28th. Overnight low temperatures recorded ranged from 26F to 30F for much of the area with many readings around 28F.
