Description:
In a favorable environment, morning fog developed over a 3-day period from the 16th through the 18th. The morning of the 18th had the worst fog with law enforcement reporting visibility as low as 75 feet on area highways. Numerous vehicle accidents occurred with at least 4 indirect deaths and 3 indirect injuries.
